No answer pleases or disappoints anyone. If a statement doesn't fit perfectly, choose the closest number.

Your privacy

This form collects no names or email addresses. Oxygen reports results for the whole organization, never for individuals, and never for a group smaller than five people. We have no way of connecting your responses with your name.
